  • Will tax be deducted while withdrawing my winnings? Arrow

    Tax will be deducted on Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal or on 31st March (i.e. at the end of the Financial Year). If tax is deducted on positive Net Winnings on withdrawals, tax will not be deducted again on the same Net Winnings on 31st March.

  • Can someone else's bank account or UPI details be used to withdraw cash? Arrow

    To ensure security, withdrawals are authorized solely when the provided UPI ID matches the registered name with Ludo Remix.

    Please ensure that the name in your bank account matches the name registered with the KYC documents for your gaming account.

  • What all bank details are mandatory? IFSC, MICR. What if I dont know my IFSC or MICR? Arrow

    The bank details required are as below.

    To find your bank's IFSC/MICR codes, you can get in touch with your Bank directly or refer to their app for the required information.

  • Are there any restrictions on placing withdrawals? Arrow

    Withdrawals to bank accounts in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana  are not processed.
    To proceed with a withdrawal, your account must be PAN, KYC, and Phone verified.
    Please note that withdrawals can only be made from your withdrawable balance, and not from your deposit balance.

  • My withdrawal was processed to the wrong bank account number? Can I cancel the withdrawal? Arrow

    If the withdrawal process has been completed, we can only cancel the withdrawal if it gets rejected by your bank. We may need to wait for up to 72 hours to receive the final update on the status. If the withdrawal is successful and acknowledged by the bank, any further action would need to be taken up directly with your bank.

    We strongly recommend updating your new bank account details as a priority to ensure that your future withdrawals are not affected. This step will help to facilitate smoother transactions going forward.

  • What should I do if the withdrawn amount is not credited even after the stipulated time? Arrow

    Once your withdrawal is requested, you have a specified number of instant withdrawals available every day, along with an unlimited number of normal withdrawals. The processing time for a withdrawal is mentioned on the withdrawal page. Please log in to check the withdrawal processing time.

    However, once the withdrawal is successfully processed, it may take a maximum of 72 working hours for the funds to be credited or rejected to your bank account.

    If it has been more than 72 working hours since the withdrawal was successful and you still haven't received the funds, we request to send your bank statement in PDF format to support@ludoremix.com to escalate this issue.

    Common reasons for rejection include providing an incorrect account number, an incorrect IFSC code, or a name mismatch.
